Mission statements – You can tell a lot about a nonprofit by its mission statement. Does yours need to be updated? Now might be a good time to review and update your mission, vision, and values.

Board policies – Are there policies that are particularly important to your organization? Have you codified them?  We have a process to help you create the documents you need.

Executive coaching – A nonprofit is only as strong as its executive leadership. It can be a lonely position and having an experienced executive to help prioritize and address challenges can be helpful.
